• Planet Fitness doesn't have a hot tub :-( but it has a very simple warehouse style of open machines, lots of them, plenty of cardio machines (treadmills, stairmaster, stationary bike), all purple (not especially a selling point but it appeals to me). They have a 30-minute station the light turns green you work out, the light turns red you stop and move to the next machine. You do the cycle in 30 minutes and you've worked most everything. They have signs on the walls about it being a 'judgement free' zone. There's no such thing really but the fact that they strive for it is refreshing. It is low cost, low budget equipment (maybe the movement on some machines isn't as smooth as it should be) but it gets the job done. There seems to be different shifts, people with hot bods tend to be in there right at the quitting time hour, older women (and some older men) like myself earlier in the morning. But that'll be different anywhere you go. I haven't been in easily 10 months. Yesterday I had to walk to pick up my car after having it detailed and I was winded and nearly falling over after.2. I kid you not..2 ! I've never been this out of shape but then I've never been 50 before either (I did manage to survive the mile walk in 35 minutes). Anyway, the point is join whatever inspire you to show up. don't pay for more than you need because in the run I've found that it adds to the pressure to go (which for me results in not going). If you don't care about tanning or free weights but instead want aerobics and nautilus then obviously look for the places that have more of what you're looking for. And one last thing, if you can find a place with a hot tub the reward of a hot soak after the workout can be very inspiring. For me it was way more inspiring than the benefits reaped from the exercise. When I was at What a Racquet in Daly City honestly I went for the hot tub, the exercise just happened because it was in the same place :-). lookin for Brest horny females that like bbc
