my husband quit smoking cold turkey after smoking a pack a day for 17 years. One xxx amateur wants sex day he just decided he'd had enough, and quit. One of his tricks was to keep a few smokes laying around / hidden. That way he didn't feel like he couldn't smoke even if he wanted to because there were ciggys right there. Then he could make himself believe that he just didn't want to smoke. It took him about a month to be "over" it, and another month to be grossed out by it. Good luck!
