I need some suggestion for dealing with my out of control life. My mom is staying with us as Lonely wives seeking casual sex best mature women she fell and has a tramtic injury. She is up and down all night and I maybe get 2 hours of sleep at a time. My best friend's husband had a heart attack after telling her in therapy he has been having a term affair with a women he went to high school with. On Saturday I took my mom and we met my friend for lunch. She was having some chest pains during lunch. So I drove her to the hospital and she had a minor heart attack. I am so stressed out and so tired it is not even funny. I just need to figure out better ways of coping with all this stress or I am going to end up in the hospital.
