1 package ground turkey 1 cup fresh bread crumbs 1 beaten egg 2cups fresh sweet want group sex cup grated parmesan cheese cup fresh parsley leaves 2-3 cloves garlic teaspoon salt tsp pepper cup oil preheat to degrees. Combine turkey, crumbs and egg. Arrange to form an 8"x12" rectangle on wax paper. Place remaining ingredients in food processor and pulse until well combined. spread pesto evenly on the the meat loaf, but not too near the ends, reserving one tbsp. Roll meat into a roll using wax paper as a guide. Pinch ends of roll together to enclose filling. discard wax paper. Spread remaining pesto over top of roll and bake seam down for 30-40 minutes and top with quick tomato sauce if desired. To make sauce, combine 1 T oil, 1cup chopped onions and tsp minced garlic and saute for a few minutes til unions translucent. Add 6-8 plum tomatoes or drained, canned tomatoes (this is just fine). Cook another 5 minutes and witn fresh as well as s and p. serve over pesto. If particularly lazy use bottled sauce just in case you wanted to try it. :-)
