We were not promoted equally, nor given raises Sexy couple ready fucking orgy women who cheat equally, nor given health benefits while "boys" he picked up off of Polk Street were promoted immediately and given benefits (until they inevitably pilfered out of the register). During the meeting, the owner told me, "I have the greatest respect for my female employees" and then proceeded to me for the rest of the meeting (!) by the name of the only other female employee who worked for him. We had both worked there for years, were of different races, and she was butch with almost no hair while I was femme with hair past my shoulders. Apparently one lesbian was interchangeable with another. That meeting much proved my point about that job. Some idiots can't get past the female or lesbian or butch aspect of who you are and then just can't "-" anything. The world is full of morons.
