Had I not been lucky enough to work for a company early in my career that had a controller willing and able to mentor me from the ground up I'd be flipping burgers, lol. That people were willing to help love in willingdon me along the way, imo, is pure luck. However, that sort of luck requires one to be willing and able to capitalize on the opportunity offered. And even still, it isn't like I worked for my intelligence. That was a random circumstance of birth. (thank you, parental units). I have a knack for what I do I didn't earn that, I just made it work for me.
