I also have the counsler that i had went to that gave me the mental eval that come and support me. I have a that has instected the house comming to testify that the house is safe and ready for the return. Yes i have the custody eval and supporting docs like the letters and certificate of completion from the class i put that in attachments as back up to my filing for more pareting time. Which the judge approved. SO if the ex wouldnt have filed I would now be able to bring them home for weekends. Oh and thank you yes it is a road its already been over a year and 4 month but im not asking for custody i just want parenting time with overnights with my childre, (14, 13 and 11) and they want more time with me.
