My dentist is very nice and seems quite competent. But yesterday, she used "more better" in a sentence to my girlfriend, who did not think she was saying it to be funny. Today, she told me that Edson KS cheating wives she was reading Sting's memoirs and that she had a problem with his writing style, specifiy that he used "big words," (she thought that he was just trying to sound smarter) which made the book unnecessarily harder to read. One of the "big words" she cited was "sanguine." As she was in the process of injecting my mouth with Novocaine while she told me this, I was blissfully spared from having to respond in any meaningful way. Now I find myself troubled. Do I need a literate dentist? Also, today the checker at Trader Joes coughed wetly into the palm of her hand (clad in a moisture-absorbing, filthy, knit fingerless glove) before reaching for my bunch of bananas. I feel that every grocery item of mine has been contaminated, but the bananas are soaking in the sink with a teensy bit of bleach. I think I'm going to start having my groceries delivered.
