since they are civil matters. Cops deal with matters and issues of public safety. I tried to get the to remove my ex wife with a court order signed by a judge. I went to the station with capias warrant in hand. They wouldn't do it. I had to have a sheriff's deputy serve the warrant (for about $ BTW). The local did show up for backup for the sheriff's deputy in case there was trouble. They helped the deputy (a female alone) get my ex and her boyfriend out of the house but they couldn't serve the capias warrant themselves. Sorry, but your only option is to file a contempt motion and drag your ex back to : I wanted the sheriff's deputy to take my digital camera to capture the look on my ex's face when she knocked on the door at 5am. She wouldn't, lol
