My cousin is going through the ringer with her ex and he's done everything Single want nsa Paterson he can to try and make her look bad including getting one of the to lie and make a false claim of abouse against her mother(that they admitted was a lie when pressed by the cops). Well she's a good mom and no matter what dirt he would pull, she alwasy did the right thing and took the high road. Well the custody evaluator's report came back yesterday (a month late) and after spending a whole whopping 2 hours with her and her over 2 appointments of 1 hour each, she has surmissed that she should only them every other weekend and 3 nights a week which her ex has already said he'll make as hard on her to do as possible by moving an hour away. This winner stopped paying on their house and didn't tell her so now it's been foreclosed on, kept a loaded 9mm in the house unlocked with the having access to it, forged her dead father's signature on a boat registration to try and take ownership of her mom's boat (because he cleaned it and kept it at his house was his rationale). I mean it's really bad when everything that he's told the judge has been proven false and here comes this little bitch with her report to say that he's the preferred parent because the have their own rooms at his mom's house but what she doesn't know is they're never there because he mom "needs a break from them" every other weekend. It's just unbelievable. Well I told my cuz to take the gloves off now and have her mom file charges against him for the boat and having her daughter lie to say she burned her with a curling iron. The other thing is a couple of months ago he started telling her that she had a big surprise coming and a "rude awakening" which leads us to believe that he knew what her report was going to say and that his lawyer (on the 2nd one now) had communication with her without my cousin's lawyer knowing which he's pissed about and I think is against some rule. Guess it goes to show you can be a raving lunatic, cheat on your wife by finding chicks on and then pull all the underhanded dirty shit you want and in the end, in Minnesota, some custody evaluator make sure you win if you pay her enough. Thanks for letting me vent. I want to go just smake the taste out of this asshole's mouth really bad but I promised I wouldn't.
